Fresco Painting in Saint Michael the Archangel Church in Burnaby Begins (photo gallery)

On May 12, 2026, on the feast of Saint Vasilije of Ostrog, a prayer service was held to mark the beginning of the fresco painting of the Saint Michael the Archangel Church in Burnaby. In the first phase, fresco painter Aleksandar Vujic, together with his collaborators, will decorate the altar area with biblical scenes, the Holy Apostles and the Church Fathers who are depicted in this part of the church.
